About Me
My name is Vena Edmonds, I'm a native Philadelphian and I built Bellwether out of a belief that good work speaks quietly but leaves a lasting mark. Every home has a story — about care, neglect, resilience — and I’ve learned to listen before I speak.
My years in hospitality taught me how to anticipate needs and earn trust one small detail at a time. Home inspection isn’t so different. It’s about showing up prepared, translating the technical into the understandable, and making sure people feel steady in their choices.
I don’t rush through homes, and I don’t hand off empty checklists. I give people the language to see their space clearly — to spot what’s strong, what needs tending, and what can wait. That clarity is power. And it’s what Bellwether was made to protect.
